Raising a concern

We know that sometimes things don’t always go according to plan, so the JCCP want you to know you are not alone.

The JCCP will take your concerns seriously, look into what you say and provide you with the support, advice and guidance you need to raise your concern.

Before raising a complaint to the JCCP, we ask that you view our 10 step plan to raising a concern below, our Complaints Guidance and the Complaints Policy.

Substantiating the claim is important to allow the JCCP to gain a clear understanding of the concern and to assist should the complaint need to be escalated to an appropriate authority. We ask that you send all relevant evidence that you feel comfortable sending to the JCCP with the understanding that a thorough investigation can only take place if we have all the facts and information required.

The JCCP offers support to members of the public who might wish to raise a complaint against a JCCP registered practitioner. We offer support to members of the public to provide evidence in support of their complaint. You can access our witness guidance here.
