When an allegation is made against a non-surgical cosmetic practitioner, the JCCP determines if it should proceed to a fitness to practise panel or be resolved internally. If a case goes to a panel, witnesses may provide evidence. Evidence includes reports, correspondence, and witness statements. Meetings with JCCP officials may be arranged to discuss the case or complaint process.
